Shelley, a master aesthetician always includes the 4 pillars which she has built her business on for the last 25yrs, she calls these the 4 R's R- Rest R-Relax R-Recuperate and R- Results Shelley believes if you rest your mind, body and soul it induces relaxation, which allows your mind, body and soul to recuperate so then she can create results for you.

Shelley has created a sanctuary for you, so when you step inside the door of her luxurious boutique studio you will feel the hustle and bustle and the noise of the world slip away, allowing you to forget all about where you came from. When you escape you will start to breathe deeply and feel the calm wash over your body, you will hear the quiet. Shelley will welcome you with a warm smile, your journey begins now. Once you are snuggled into your spa bed you will begin to feel the nurturing touch of your chosen experience through the hands of Shelley.
Shelley believes listening to you and your needs with an in-depth conversation she can create a unique personalised plan, because after all this is your time to yourself so let's make it worth it ! Even though Shelley always goes back to what matters , which is drifting away from it all, every experience has been created to have a highly sophisticated procedure to create results. Shelley aways includes results as part of your goal whether it's through muscle and cell detoxification using massage techniques or creating flawless skin through advanced equipment and techniques , or feeling that instant gratification of beautifully defined brows, envious lifted lashes or perfectly painted fingers and toes.
