Voucher Policy
You will notice some time through 2023 Gift Vouchers will have a business name change , vouchers will show the new business name "Shelley Veitch Facialist" .
* Gift vouchers can be purchase for a dollar value or a treatment
* Gift Vouchers will have 3 year expiry date and are no longer valid after this time.
* If you have a voucher with a selected treatment on your voucher from the previous system and is more than 1yr old you will be charged the current price and the difference will need to be paid.
I don't sell gift vouchers online at this point .
Please call me as I will send a digital vouchers and can process credit card over the phone.

Policies
Time is non-refundable and my clients are my whole world when they are with me. My clients have worked their busy schedule around their appointment, so you can see how other people’s actions can affect all , therefore, I feel my cancellation policy is very important to clarify so all clients can enjoy their time with me.
Running late If you are running late, I would appreciate a phone call or text so I can best accommodate the change in your appointment. I will deliver the same high-quality treatment but if you are more than 15mins late I may have to tweak your appointment or even reschedule your appointment
Cancellation I understand that life happens, and I will always decide on a case-by-case situation. However, with short notice I may not be able to fill your appointment time you could then incur 50% of the missed appointment which will need to be paid before making your next appointment with me.You will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment this is the time to confirm you are still keeping your appointment, anything after this text is when you could be charged for late cancellation fee. No Show Your appointment has been especially reserved for you. Not calling or missing your appointment with no contact to me is considered a no show. All no-show client’s details are collected and stored for future reference. If you wish to rebook you will need to pay 100% of your last missed appointment and 50% of your future booking. If you no-show for the second time you will no longer be able to book an appointment with me.
Refund Policy I do not complete refunds I will provide a credit where I can.Skin care Products I require documented evidence of an allergic reaction, and the product company will take control of this concern. Services I always appreciate feedback on my services as this allows me to grow. I do not refund services, if I have not been able to complete a service to the standard you expected I will do my best to make this up to you in some way.
